Walking, it’s what’s for Anxiety!

Have you ever just walked to a neighbors, or to the corner store, and somehow you felt better?

We are such a fast paced world, that if your like me, walking just seems so darn slow!

But guess what? Walking can be more effective for reducing belly fat than a 100 sit ups!!

That’s because it eliminates the hormone in our body that leads to belly fat.
